You will receive your order number in your order confirmation sent by email. You can track your order by entering your order number into the tracking link here.

-Delivery options

Our courier partners deliver door-to-door to your preferred address. Economy delivery is FREE for orders over R870. The standard shipping rate for orders that are less than R870 is R99.

-Delivery Expectation

You will receive an email when your order is out for delivery.

Limpopo/Gauteng main centre: Local delivery within 1– 2 working days. Regional & remote areas in Western Cape: up to 4 working days. Between 8 am and 5 pm.

Other main city centres : Delivery within 2 – 4 working days. Other regional & remote areas: within 4 – 8 working days. Between 8 am and 5 pm.

Please note that although we aim to have your order on your doorstep in a maximum of 4 working days, it can sometimes take longer due to sale periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds are made through our payment provider, Stripe International. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the client's request.
Kindly allow up to 10 working days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on the bank you are using.
The provision of goods and services by New Harbour Distillery is subject to availability. In case of products or services being unavailable, Poties juice will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Damaged, lost, or stolen parcels, where the fault lies with the courier, as well as defective products, will be replaced free of charge by New Harbour Distillery.

Please note: When paying with a Credit or Debit card, some banks may charge a small cross-border transaction fee as Stripe is an International Payment Processing System.

Orders

Ordering at Poties juice is simple and easy. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We use Stripe International via 3D secure for all card payments.

To place an order, simply go to our shop page and add the product/s of your choice to your cart. Add as many products to your cart as you wish.

After this, go to your cart where you should first read and accept our Ts&Cs. If you’re happy, agree and proceed to the checkout page and select your preferred payment method. We’ve got a variety of payment options to choose from – view payment options in the ‘what are your payment options’ question.

As soon as you’ve made the payment, we will email your order confirmation. Keep this safe as this is the reference you’ll need to use if you have any queries regarding your order.
